Also, a balcony with seating is available too. ✔️DINING AREAS: The dining table seats up to 4 people comfortably and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening. ✔️KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES: The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in Birmingham. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: ❌ Strictly No Parties! Hosting a party will result in immediate removal from the property by security and no refund. A £500 charge will also be billed to you via Airbnb to cover any costs of removal. This apartment is in a residential area, so quiet hours after 10 p.m. must be respected. ❌ No-smoking policy. A standard charge of £100 will be applied through Airbnb if evidence of smoking is found indoors, to cover cleaning costs and potential long-lasting damage. Any loud music, parties, or indoor smoking will result in immediate removal from the accommodation. These are monitored via noise and air detection systems located in the apartment. For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for an extra fee. Early check in and late check outs are also available at a fee, please contact us for details.
